Organisation Flowchart
We accept referrals from Mental Health Professionals, Primary Care Link Workers, and in some instances, Housing Providers.
How to refer

Application forms are available from our Head Office. These should be completed with the client, who should be aware of a referral to our Project.

Please note that Julian Housing does not own any properties.

Receipt of a referral does not guarantee that a service will be offered. A member of the relevant team may meet with the client to discuss their housing and support needs, and whether we can offer support.

We can
Assist people to find and sustain independent accomodation.
Help build on their existing skills so that they can live a more satisfying life in their own home.
Help clients to maximise their benefit
entitlements.
Assist with benefit and debt problems.
Assist people to become familiar with their neighbourhood and resources that could be helpful to them.
